Swami Shree Gambhiranand Mission
Swami Shree Gambhiranand Mission (henceforth it will be mentioned as ‘the mission’) was founded by Swami Shree Gambhiranand Saraswati with a three-fold purpose :
(1) to spread the light of Dev Bhasha (Sanskrit language) among the new-age students;
(2) to make the common man aware of the Vedanta Philosophy as embodied in the life of sages of ancient India;
(3) to improve the spiritual, intellectual and physical conditions of people; specially of Sadhakas.
Based on the ideology of Swami Shree Gambhiranand Saraswati i.e. “rendering social and welfare services undertaken with a spiritual outlook”, the mission has been serving the society since its inception. It’s guiding principle आत्मानो मोक्षार्थं जगद्धिताय च (Atmano Mokshartham Jagaddhitaya Cha) meaning “for one’s own liberation and for the welfare of the world” is not only taught in the mission, but is also an integral part of the life-style of the persons under the mission.
