Shree Kashi Vishwanath Ashram
H. H. Swami Shree Gambhiranand Saraswati started his work for the establishment of Shree Kashi Vishwanath Ashram from Mahashivaratri in 1998 in Bhavani Nagar located at Kamatghar, Bhiwandi. Shree Kashi Vishwanath Ashram was inaugurated in 2003 after the grand Shri Rudra Maha Yajna conducted by some eminent priests from Kashi. In the same period, Swamiji Maharaj continued his tireless efforts to bring sensitivity towards religion and humanity in the dormant masses of Bhiwandi by organizing Susanskar Shivirs (as well as continuing many other activities) to strengthen the Indian-identity among children
Swami Shree Gambhiranand Ashram
H. H. Swami Shree Gambhiranand Saraswati felt that the premises of Shree Kashi Vishwanath Ashram at Bhavani Nagar was too small for different medical, educational and social activities. Therefore, he bought about half an acre of land in Juni Tadali and finished the Bhoomi-Poojan ceremony in 2002.
Maharshi Vedavyas Gurukul
In the year 2004, Maharshi Vedavyas Gurukul was inaugurated in the premises of Swami Shree Gambhiranand Ashram. Keeping in mind the classical tradition in the gurukuls, very beautiful arrangements of study, food and accommodation for the celibates has been done as a result of which the tradition of study of scriptures is going on smoothly.
Shree Trilokeshwar Mahadev Temple
This beautiful holy temple was inaugurated, along with Shree Vedavyas Siddhapeeth, in May 2009. Many people of the locality come to this temple to worship Lord Shree Trilokeshwar Mahadev. The holy festival of Maha Shivaratri is celebrated every year in this temple with great grandeur and gaiety. Apart from this, the grand programme of Shiva worship and Rudrabhisheka goes on in other times as well.
Maharshi Vedavyas Siddhapeeth
It is one among the few places of worship in India that is dedicated to Maharshi Vedavyasa. As a partial incarnation of Lord Vishnu, Krishna Dvaipayana is also regarded by many Hindus as the compiler of the Veda-Mantras into four Vedas (thus named Veda Vyasa). He is also the author of eighteen Puranas and the Brahma Sutras. His birthday is celebrated in Maharshi Vedavyasa Siddhapeeth as Vyas Poornima and Guru Poornima with much enthusiasm. Daily Swadhway, Weekly Satsang and other spiritual discourses are conducted in this Siddhapeeth throughout the year.
Sadhak Niwas
H. H. Swami Shree Gambhiranand Saraswati prefers to have a few Sadhakas than to have thousands of devotees. He wants to make the Sadhak aware of his own-self. To fulfill this wish, Swamiji Maharaj created this sacred place where Sadhakas are provided with free food and accommodation to pursue their sadhana.
Ashtanga Yoga Prashikshana Kendra
Daily free Yoga classes are conducted here to provide training to the people about various Yogasanas and Pranayamas. This unique training centre takes care of both physical and mental health of the trainees. Some certificate programmes on yoga are also conducted here. Special Yoga Training Sessions are also provided to the students at their school premises by the volunteer trainers of Astanga Yoga Prashikshana Kendra.
Swami Chidananda Vachanalaya
H. H. Swami Gambhiranand Saraswati, feeling the acute lack of conducive environment in the homes of the students in Bhiwandi, inaugurated and dedicated Swami Chidananda Library and Reading Room to the beloved students on Dutta Jayanti, 2016. The students are allowed to use this facility absolutely free of charge. For needy students, free accommodation facility is also provided in the first floor of the Reading room.
Spiritual Science Centre
“Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind” – this famous aphorism of Albert Einstein shows the mutual interdependence of science and religion. Religion has indeed no existence without spirituality. Science and spirituality seem to be conflicting in nature; but if you actually enter the world of spirituality, you will find nothing as such. This centre is used to impart Spiritual knowledge, along with its relevance to Science, to the people who are curious to know about real spirituality. Discussions on various topics and exhibitions are also eminent events in this centre. There is also a beautiful and calm air conditioned Meditation Room, well-equipped with audio-visual aids, where one can experience the depth in meditation.
Janaseva Charitable Arogya Kendra
“Service of mankind is service to God” – this famous quote can be seen in practice in Janaseva Charitable Arogya Kendra. Swamiji Maharaj inaugurated this philanthropic institution to provide better health services to the needy people. Apart from this, various Arogya Shivirs (Medical Camps) are also organized at different places to serve the people who can’t come to Janaseva Charitable Arogya Kendra.
Mahila Udyog Kendra
A Mahila Udyog Kendra is set up by Swamiji Maharaj to provide Tailoring Training to the poor and needy women so that they’ll be financially self-supportive. Other skill development programmes will also be started shortly.
Maa Bharati Vidya Mandir
Maa Bharati Vidya Mandirs have been established in different localities to provide education to the needy students at very nominal cost. In addition to the syllabus oriented education, the volunteers of Maa Bharati Vidya Mandir provides knowledge on other extra co-curricular activities which include Yoga, Memory Development Techniques, Vedic Mathematics, etc. The biggest feature of this institution is that it provides ‘Character with Career’.
